2D Toolkit 2.0 migration guide.

Hi folks.

Here is the 2D Toolkit 2.0 migration guide. A few API functions have changed, but we have attempted to document all the changes you are likely to make in your codebase.

2.0 isn't released yet, is it?

No, but its very nearly there. Just want to make it clear that its not a usual update - some API stuff is broken in there, which will need to be fixed before updating. Trying to avoid the situation where people blindly update without reading notes :)

Awesome - can't wait for this. Are there any tilemap upgrades in 2.0?

The bad news - no.
The good news, there has been a LOT of work done on the tilemap editor - I can confirm flipped tiles, a new "scratchpad" feature, and tons of UI polish, but I will post in a bit more detail later.

Releasing all this together would have meant delaying 2.0 even further, and would have made the release far too unwieldy to manage. So, once 2.0 final is out there, the next release will have a lot of the tilemap features and other things which didn't make it into 2.0.
