Well, at least the Box2D and collider/joints system seems to be fairly good and optimized.

What would interest us is if 2D toolkit wrap the efficient parts where possible in order to improve 2D toolkit. Tilemap for example is one such thing thats very cool in 2D toolkit.

We'll definitely wrap physics in one way or another. Not sure what else can be merged & wrapped - the atlas systems are inherently incompatible. But you're more or less free to mix and match whatever you like...
