Ideas on Flashlight Effect?

Hi, I'm wondering how to achieve something like the flashlight effect in this image?
Any ideas? Thanks

Have you tried unity pixel lights? That should work fine and look decent enough. You'll need to enable normals on the sprites and also switch to a lit shader.
