just wanted to get your views on this error.   

I transferred my project to a mac vm with unity to build to ios and i am getting this error.  I have done this before and no error. 

same version on both pc and mac.

I will keep on trying and see what happens.

Looks like metadata was corrupted when you transferred it. You have a fair few errors there.
How did you copy the project? Do you have meta files turned on and did they copy over properly?

I had a similar issue (not as many errors). I reset the editor layout back to one of the defaults (2 by 3) and it cleared the errors.
