I saw that yesterday on your unity forum post.

Try creating 2 normal Unity cubes to see if it still happens then (and hopefully, it happens), save scene, and please submit a Unity bug report (Help > Report a bug). Not enough people submit these.

I actually submit about one or two every release they have.
