I have 2 monitors for my ui, where all the colliders are on 1 layer and in the camera view, the 2nd is just viually displaying the info at a further back Z. Innefficient I know, Easy to know where things are,,, to an extent

I ended up making 2 layers of txt, coloring the back text, scaling the front text, and adjusting the spacing, not sure what the impact on performance is because I was only using it on a couple test scenes, makes for some cool tween / animation sequences if you do this on a letter by letter basis.

Now what are the steps to making an additive textured font, I am assuming you create a new font and material out of the original texture with an additive shader, Been too busy to test... but insight is welcome.

I found also that when adding the Text field look out for the FIELD LENGTH setting... threw me for a loop for a couple days.... sigh

It makes for an easy export to Tiled Tilemap for our users to create there own custom maps. otherwise I'm going to do a little bit of photochopping.

When creating a sprite atlas, is there a way to add a padded amount to sprites created with spritesheets.
Solved, Did this by going into the Spritesheets Config and setting the padding to Black zero alpha,


On another note and sprite that is horizontal converts to a verticle sprite, is there a way to overcome this and make Horizontal Sprites Horizontal?

Dang we just got rid of 2 other devices... but we have 4 phones and 2 tablets, HTC Evo, Samsung GalaxyS3,  IDEOS, Huawei, tablets, misc others, all  depends on what the tests entail, how often, envolved, reporting / feedback so on,,,

thaaaat would be it. I have 5 cameras in the scene to draw the interface, a combination of ortho and perspective, and the layer I need to have perspective .. is the book, looks like I am going to either model the interface book and use Ngui's 3d UI /shaders keeping their atlas at strict set size,I swear you and Ngui need to partner up. hammer out a few details.  Sheesh I wanted this build tested and posted last week ARGH!. I'm not frustrated I am a pirate yee land lubber!

I really do like this toolkit, PS if you need narration done for your tutorial video's I have done a few of my own and my younger brother is voice over talent.
