I am considering to buy 2D toolkit but I'd like to ask some questions in order to understand If your product suites my needs.

a) If I buy the current version v5.6.8, do I get future versions with no extra charge?
b) I 'd like to make a remake of "Peggle" game old school coin-op from 1991 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=StcJjVDdJJI
Is your product capable to handle such kind of physics?

Thank you

2D Toolkit doesn't do any physics, it just provides sprite functionality in Unity. The workflow is quite different to Unity 2D, and it works better than Unity 2D for some people. If you're looking for a physics solution you're looking at the wrong thing here.
