Support / Potentially looking to buy but have a few questions about dynamic maps

Hello,

I am wondering if I can use the 2D Toolkit for a maps that are dynamically created and can change quite often.  Or is your asset more for static maps?

Also is it easy to detect when someone clicks or touches a particular place on the map?  And can the map size be zoomed in and zoomed out?
