Hi there,
I'm starting a series of small video tutorials offering tips about 2dtoolkit and creating a mini "super mario clone". The tutorials are in spanish and for spaniards or people that understand spanish. I decided to do this due the lack of cool tutorials in my native language. And I know there's a bunch of spaniards in this forum hehehehe.
You can get them on youtube or my blog, http://eskemagames.blogspot.com.es/ (http://eskemagames.blogspot.com.es/)
Probably in a future I will translate them to english if I get enough feedback, but for now...
Have fun, Alex

Awesome work with the tutorial! I don't understand/speak spanish but I worked out what you were showing kinda looking at the video :)
-
Thanks unikron :) the more tutorials, the more people will be seduced to the dark side of the force, errrrr I mean the 2dtoolkit LOL
If I receive enough feedback I will create another branch of those tutorials in english :)

OMG!!!! +1 for English PLEASE!!!! :) I have turned on Automatic Captioning and translation to english but Automatic translation on you tube leaves sooo much to be desired.
-
Unless you can find someone who can translate the video, the automatic translators will not translate that properly, just a few bits will be translated, but there is sooo much content and explanations there... hehehehe.
Sadly for me, I'm not seeing too much interest, neither on the spaniards side nor the english side, a few years ago I did some tutorials (in english) and I've received a lot of feedback. I suppose that today there's too much information and no one cares about tutorials at all.

I think people do care about materials but they are hard to find. I came across this thread by pure accident and sadly its the very tutorial / Example I have been looking for. Making a platformer for mobiles using 2D Toolkit unity4 and NGUI is exactly what I am doing. I am in the process of Moving and old platformer over from Torque2D that we have been working on and off of for some time. So far I have found a set of tutorials in German and now this one ... in spanish. And I know I am missing a TON of information in both of them But Sadly the translators are mostly junk.

@EskemaGames, do you mind if I add your tutorial to the 2D Toolkit demo playlist?
-
Of course, the tutorial is free!!!, feel free to use it/add it :)

Thanks :)

I am watching it already, again thanks. Hey, I asked you in youtube, but I will ask again. You wouldn't happen to have a tutorial on Tiled, would you? I saw you had it on your desktop.
Thanks! :)
