Title: can't rename scratchpads

Hi,

I'm trying to use the scratchpad but I don't see the little window to rename/resize in the bottom left corner. Is there somewhere else I should check? Thanks

Tk2D 2.5.8.6, Unity 2017.1

This is now fixed. Apologies for the inconvenience.
The issue was specific to when HiDpi display was used.

Patch attached below -
This will be in the next version of tk2d
