I have a tile map ,all collide work fine first. After I set a prefab for a tile , collide not work. I think this is bug .( 2dtoolkit2.1 belta2)

What do you set in the tile as the prefab? I'm not really sure what is wrong based on your description - need more information, maybe a picture to help describe the issue.

The prefab is a tk2d Sprit, my tile map was imported from a tmx file.
