Title: Link to offline docs in PDF outdated?

Hi,
just wanted to note that
http://www.unikronsoftware.com/2dtoolkit/doc/2dtoolkit_offlinedocs.zip
in the tk2dManual leads to an 404

Small issue, rock on,
