Title: Having trouble with tk2d after upgrading to Unity3d 4.6.1p3
Post by: Kwon on January 15, 2015, 06:52:35 am
I've upgraded to Unity 4.6 few days ago,
and I noticed that the UI masking wasn't working on IOS 8.1.2

(I'm currently using tk2d 2.3.0 as well)

Do I need to upgrade tk2d to the newest version?

or do I have another solution for this problem?

Unity broke that in 4.6.1p3, there is no reported "feature" or "bugfix" in their release notes to point to anything that could've caused the issue. Hopefully they'll fix it before they release the final version. The issue doesn't exist in p2, p1, or f1.

I've downgraded to earlier patches but I still have the same problem

I'm using 2ktdDepthMask not Unity masking

Is there any other solution :(?

I need to get ready for 64bit iOS...

The depth mask seems to work fine on p4, just tested it now running on iOS. I only tested the demo, try p4 and see how that works for you.
