Title: Tilemap coloring problem

I am currently using prefabs for all my tiles which are on the "Platform" layer. When I try to commit changes after coloring the tiles, they just go back to the default color. I only get this problem if I am using prefabs.

This looks like a bug. I'll investigate it as soon as possible. In the mean time please register your copy of 2D Toolkit. http://2dtoolkit.com/forum/index.php?index.php/topic,34.0.html
