Title: 'Force Editor Resolution' is not saved

Hello,

Since the newest patch I've noticed that the setting under Tk2dCamera for forcing the editor resolution is not getting saved, which means I have to set it every time I start the project :)

It's not really a big problem, just thought you should know!

Also, I'm really looking forward for 2D Toolkit 2.0!  ;D

Thanks for letting me know. I'll look into it for the next release (patch3 or 1.9)
