Perhaps I remembering wrong but it seems like when I updated a texture (.png file for example) and clicked back to Unity it would not only be updated in Unity but in 2D Toolkit as well. Now I have to open up the sprite collections and hit commit every time I make a change. Has it always been like this or was this done automatically before?
I'm using 1.91 patch 1 (the Unity 4.1 version)

It should still be automatic.
Check 2D Toolkit > Preferences, is Auto Rebuild on?

I tried that but it didn't have an effect; I shutdown Unity completely and restarted and it's working. Sorry!

How bizarre. Let me know if it breaks again and I'll investigate further.
