Register your copy of 2D Toolkit to get download access, and access to the private support forum.
Please follow these steps:
1. Click on Profile
2. Select Modify Profile > Group Membership
3. Request membership of the 2D Toolkit group, and in the next page, enter your asset store invoice number in the "Please give a reason for joining this group:" text box.
Where to find the invoice number
If you have purchased recently, you will have received the invoice as a PDF attachment. It should look something like the attachment below - the location of the invoice number is highlighted in red.
NOTE: The invoice number is NOT the same as the filename of the PDF - you will need to open up the PDF and get the invoice number as shown in the attachment.
If you purchased prior to the time Unity started sending out PDF invoices, the invoice number will be in an email sent by Unity. The format should be something like this:

If you have any issues with the above instructions, email the invoice to support at unikronsoftware.com and I'll sort it out for you. Please also mention your forum username.

Hi, Is there an estimate on how long it typically takes to get activated on the private forum? I submitted the request earlier today.
I've been using 2dtk for a while now and I need some guidelines on parallax scrolling but I can't access the forum topic :-(

You should email asset store support. They will be able to resend that invoice email.

Can we please have future updates available from Unity Asset Store?
I'd like to be able to access the v1.92 update, which is forum access only. The Unity Asset Store has only v1.90
I haven't got my invoice and I have no idea why. Perhaps the invoice email came into my junk folder, not the sort of thing I would delete... many of us seem to have the same problem and I'm not sure why...
However I will e-mail Unity Asset Store support for my re-invoice.

The version on the Asset Store is 1.92 + patch 1.
We usually submit to the asset store within the same day of posting on the forum so you should be able to update from there.
Maybe you're still stuck on and old version on the asset store (i.e. the one you initially downloaded). You might need to explicitly download the latest updateon the asset store page?
Asset Store support are pretty good with the invoice. They usually get it sent out pretty quickly.

I asked for access before I purchased the item from the asset store... <facepalm> Please inform me how I can re-apply to register and submit the proper code. Thanks

I also seem to be running into the not registered + not given a joining opportunity. I'm hoping to get 2.1 downloaded soon.
Download page linked from the toolkit update window:
"An Error Has Occurred!: It seems that you are not allowed to download or view attachments on this board."
Group joining page:
"Registered Members: Every member of the forum is a member of this group."

@Dylan - Are you missing the bit right underneath that? Under the "Available Groups" heading - there is a Registered Users group you can apply for.

Maybe I'm being dim, but where is the attached image? I need to quote from the PDF to get my 2.4 goodness.
I've attached an image this post, but chances are theres no where to click to see it? Using Chrome on Mac.
