Support / Syncing Project PROBLEM! HELP!!

I been brought to a project with a tough deadline and i am trying to sync the Project files with on my computer but when import the Sprites & animations  All There references Get lost! from mono behaviors scripts down to the material to texture link!

Except the Assets Folder do i need to sync anything else!!?
for example the meta data files in the Assets folders project or the meta data outside the project?
any other settings?

any suggestions!
Ill Take Any Suggestion! Please Help!
