Having flickering aka black lines when tiling sprites

I have a tileable platform and create two sprites.  When I put them together they appear to be seamless but when the camera moves a black line flickers.

I'm currently using 2D Toolkit 1.91 final and Unity 4.0.1f2 on Windows 7.  The settings are all default. 

Extra Padding = none
Pad Method = Default

Are there any settings I need to have so this line doesn't occur?  The SpriteCollector Settings are also all default.
