Is there any demo unity package?

Is there any demo unity package using  this toolkit that helps a newbie like me to jumpstart?

PS: What I mean was a simple 2D game developed with 2D toolkit.

It's not a game, but 2D Toolkit comes with various scenes on using 2D Toolkit.

There will be a full game tutorial coming soon, but for now I strongly recommend going through the Unity tutorials. 2D Toolkit expects some understanding of Unity concepts.

Note: 2D games will very greatly in complexity and techniques used. The sample I speak of above is a whack a mole game.

Yup, its in the unitypackage, under the tk2d_demo folder.
