Bug with tiled Sprite in Prefabs

First i should have 2d TK 2.1 latest version, running in unity 4.2.

So i made a tiled Sprite for a long wall or floor. It has colliders, and a box Collider.
And a Wall script.

I turn this into a prefab. Drag to scene. Now i want to adjust the length of it inside the editor. This works fine. However, when i start the game, the Sprite resets its width to the prefab width and centers itself based on the middle of the with of the just adjusted sprite in the editor.

If i break the prefab instance everything seems to be fine though.

Any solutions?

This has been fixed in 2.2 beta 1.
